All exchanges and cancellations are subject to seller approval. Merchandise purchased from South Coast Furniture & Mattress may only be returned for store credit or exchange upon meeting specific criteria. Returns must be pre-authorized by calling 949-492-5589 for online orders. Make sure to call for within seven days of delivery to request an exchange or credit. Pre-approved returns will only apply to merchandise accompanied by original receipt and in original condition and packaging. Subject to applicable local regulations claims received after seven days of delivery cannot be processed. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Non-stock items, layaway orders, and special orders are not returnable or cancellable. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer.

The actual cost of shipping a replacement item to you will not be credited or refunded and is subject to additional charge. Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue. After that, unused credit is forfeited after one year, subject to local regulations.

Order cancellation

Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to cancellation and 25% restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges incurred as may apply.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless South Coast Furniture & Mattress and its officers, directors, employees and suppliers, from any claim, demand, action or damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made or incurred by any third party arising out of or related to your use of this site or the products herein.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account and restrict your use of this site if we have reason to believe you have violated any of these terms and conditions, including providing us with false information.

Legal

All domestic orders are subject to the governing laws of the United States of America and the State of California by default, or any other local State as may be required by law.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be contrary to law, such provision shall be of no force or effect; but the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
